Yes! You can complete the PA Ballot Request Application for an absentee or mail-in ballot for the upcoming election. The deadline to request a mail-in or absentee ballot is October 29, 2024.

Allegheny County provides a comprehensive list of Ballot Return and Satellite Voting sites that will be available in the weeks leading up to the general election on November 5th.
