Join Student Life and the Allegheny Campus Community as we kickoff the fall semester and the launch of the campus-wide book read of The Last Lecture by Randy Pausch. The Campus Resource Fair at 11:00 AM will feature campus resources, book giveaways of The Last Lecture, and appetizers. Pausch believed that when people are connected to community they become better people. Stop by and GET CONNECTED to your campus community!
Performing and visual artist Vanessa German from Homewood will perform from 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM. Ms. German’s front porch studio accidentally became an artistic outlet for the neighborhood children. Her performance will exemplify Pausch’s childhood urge to creatively express the thoughts swirling in his head.
